Download & Install Remote Help (Apple MAC)

  1. Download the Remote Help app under Download below.
  2. Double-click the downloaded DMG file to open it, and you’ll see a Finder window. 
  3. Simply drag the remote help application icon to your Applications folder: the software is now installed
  4. Once the Remote Help application has launched, please provide our support technician with the 9 digit code displayed on the screen

Never give this number to anyone other than a Foredia technical support technician.
